be received at leat 1 hour prior to ride time
General Information
1.
Entries:
$25.00 per class. Quadrille and Pas de Deux $20.00 per rider. No
number deposit required. Please make checks payable to ECRDA.
A $10.00 late fee wil be charged for all entries received after
the closing date.
Entries must be received by the closing date.
Payment must accompany entry. Entries will
not be accepted without full payment.
Negative coggins within 12 months required with entry.
No refunds after closing date
Management reserves the right to cancel/combine classes at their discretion.
If necessary, a waiting list will be established.
2.
Awards:
Ribbons through 6th place awarded for each class. JR/YRs will be pinned separately.
3.
Times:
Times will be available on the web site as soon as the schedule is finalized,
but no later than the Wednesday prior to the show.
Times may also be obtained by calling Pam at (908) 513-7755 on Wednesday
prior to the show.

Helmets MUST be worn at all times when mounted
